About Me

Hello!

My name's Selena, and I'm a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator #89861 

I have completed 1,450 hours of massage instruction, worked on the public since April 2021 and volunteered in marathons! I specialize in *Neuromuscular Therapy.

I have my AAS degree in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy and Clinical Medical Massage and am certified in Health Educating, Cupping and Scraping.

I've worked on many body types, but remember, every body is different! I find joy in helping others get in touch with their body and the scary pains that come with it. Educating my clients on their vessels is very exciting to me, helping clients understand that the pain they feel more than likely can be simmered down with consistent massage.

*Neuromuscular Therapy is a form of soft tissue massage that aims to alleviate chronic muscle and nervous system disorders and problems. It is mainly used to fix trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, postural problems and repetitive movement injuries.
